Susan came to our firm as a previous homeowner that utilized our Property Management services for approximately five years. Susan has moved with her family all over the United States, and her husband is now a retired Senior Chief in the US Navy. Consequently, she has a personal understanding of the needs of our military clientelle. Upon her return to Pensacola in 2013, she quickly decided to work at MD&A because

Jennifer is a licensed real estate agent and a native of the Pensacola area. Her strategic management and financial skills make her an integral part of the rental team – assisting in both bookkeeping and day-to-day activities with our rental properties. She is committed to client and tenant satisfaction and works with Mark to ensure all facets of
the business are running smoothly. Jennifer is married with children and enjoys spending time with her family on the beautiful waters of our surrounding area.

When she's not maintaining the countless facets of real estate office life, Amy enjoys cooking, camping, kayaking, and Flamenco dancing (No, she doesn't dance the Flamenco, but she does enjoy when other people do it).
Amy was born in Wheeling, West Virginia and raised here in Pensacola. Upon high school graduation, she set out to see the world, working as a chief stewardess on multiple private yachts. She travelled the high seas for 12 years before settling back down on the beautiful Gulf Coast. Amy lends many of the skills
Darlene was born in Long Island, NY and raised in the Gulf Coast region. She has lived in Pensacola for the majority of her adult life. Darlene is married with 3 four legged children (kitty cats) and would be the crazy cat lady if she had it her way. Darlene joined our company in the summer of 2016 and settled in very quickly as the Repair Manager. She is responsible for coordinating all repairs, keeping maintenance
contractors on task and providing updates to both owners and tenants. She is very helpful and patient walking tenants through minor repair issues and balances the relationships between owners and tenants nicely.
